bliss launcher translation problem (on LG G5)

# bliss launcher translation problem

## Summary
On my fresh install of /e/ on my Lg G5 the bliss launcher menu (APPS SUGGESTIONS and WEATHER) are not in french it's the same for the EDIT button.

## Steps to reproduce
nothing special, just acces the bliss launcher screen with french default language

## What is the current behavior?
menu and button not translated in french

## What is the expected correct behavior?
menu and button translate in french
