In App Lounge often apps are missing in updates list that show updates when you search for them

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. I don't update apps automatically and only use App Lounge for Play Store apps
2. open App Lounge updates tab
3. compare with Aurora Store updates tab: apps are missing in App Lounge
4. Search for the missing apps in App Lounge: There you see the update

all apps are displayed in updates tab
