Wifi call not working with Pixel 4A sunfish

I am unable to use Wifi call.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

Enable Wifi call in setting. Try to call somebody using wifi.

What is the current behavior?

It says that mobile network is not available and ask to connect to a wireless network.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The call is working using wifi
