Summary
Cannot send SMS. Immediately receive "Message not sent" notification.
The problem
To reproduce: open foundation.e.message app and try to send any SMS.
What is the current behavior?
Receive notification "message not sent... failed to send."
What is the expected correct behavior?
SMS message sent (successfully).

To be able to send SMS one must disable the following in Settings -> Network and Internet -> SIMs
