Multiple icons for the same app

Hi, I use onyx. While testing the latest test build, while installing Fdroid, as it was clean flash, I realized that contact icon appeared thrice. The additional two icons came in to existence only post installation of f droid. I couldn't uninstall the additional contact icons as tHey don't wiggle, being a system app. I thought rebooting may do the trick. I tried and while trying it, I got into different issue. My phone never went beyond lock screen as microG kept crashing. Multiple reboots didn't help the cause. I have come back to the previous last build now.
