Suggestions widget app list not updating

Summary

For about 3 months now the list of apps shown in the Suggestions widget has not updated despite changing app usage. I have found no way of resetting this.

This started in v1.19 (I think), and I know has continued in v1.20s, v1.21t, and now v2.0t with Bliss v3.

I've tried clearing Bliss storage & cache (pre-v3) and removing the battery for 5 minutes (I had previously noticed that in the past the apps shown were reset on battery removal).

I posted a question in the forum https://community.e.foundation/t/suggestions-widget-not-updating/56109 but this was closed after 30 days without any responses.

What is the current behavior?

Apps shown in the Suggestions widget do not change with changing app usage.

Apps listed are fixed at what they were 3 months ago.

The only time the app list has shown any change is when I uninstalled one of the apps listed. This then disappeared from the list, the app previously to its right moved into its place and this in turn was replaced by another.

Sometimes after rebooting and looking at the Suggestions widget I see it flash as if it were trying to update but failing as nothing changes.

What is the expected correct behavior?

App lists should update as app usage pattern changes.
