Steps to reproduce

Open camera app, start recording a video.

What is the current behavior?

Picture frozen, no video recording, no file is saved after recording stopped (file reported as maybe corrupted).

What is the expected correct behavior?

Video recording should start and file should be saved afterwards.

Please note GCam port has the same behaviour.

Workaround

Use "PhotonCamera" or "Libre Camera" : they do work (both pictures and video's).
