The problem

Steps to reproduce

• Go to Settings -> Display -> Brightness level
• Change the value to 76% or more (the number is updated when you released it)

What is the current behavior?

• The screen rapidly alternates (1 or 2 seconds) to a much lower brightness, around 50% I guess
• Touching anywhere on the screen makes it brighter again
• Any value up to 75% is stable
• It doesn't matter if Adaptive brightness is on

What is the expected correct behavior?

The screen shouldn't blink so rapidly when brightness is above 76%
