Summary

pwa_* categories have 2 problems: firstly their name is not "translated" into a user friendly name, secondly they are empty. We need to improve this UI/UX.

What is the current behavior?

Some categories have a technical name instead of a functional name and they're empty:

What is the improved behavior?

If a category both is empty and has a name which is not "translated" into a user friendly name then this category shouldn't be displayed in the "Categories" tab.

What does it bring?

Better user experience: less to no badly displayed names and no frustration to open a category to see it's empty.
