No notification for OS OTA update

Summary

I didn't get any notification signaling me /e/OS 1.18 OTA update was available.

Steps to reproduce

1. install /e/OS 1.17
2. wait for the notification of /e/OS 1.18 update availability

What is the current behavior?

There is no notification. However when the user goes to the updater and clicks "Refresh" the update appears.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The OTA update availability is automatically signaled via a notification as it was before.
