We understand from current documentation that Easy Installer is expected to install a stable build.
These commits July 29 2023: https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/devices/easy-installer/-/commits/40f995f9771f6804d8a089ae58b7230db6538038
contain in the title "Promote to S and switch to dev build".
I believe the above list of affected devices may be incomplete as one or more devices may have been changed to receive dev previously.
What change is required?
Small changes to documentation to make potential users aware that Easy Installer will deliver stable or dev, device dependent.
A slot in the forum "Development and Testing Updates" https://community.e.foundation/tag/development-updates might be sufficient.
