What is the current behavior?

The user receive a notification, when an update is available

The user can choose to apply it. The device will download and apply it automatically (A/B devices)

The user has to reboot the device in order to apply the update
Problem: step 2 is very long, so at some point you forget. And as there is no reminder the user has to reboot, he may forget this last step. As a consequence, the update is not applied
What is the improved behavior?
At the end of the step 3., notify the user he has to reboot. This notification should be persistent.
What does it bring?
Be sure the user apply the update
