What is the feature?
User shall be allowed to add od restrict filetypes definition for Files categories nesides the predefined ones. New formats come up and they are not included with new OS updates.
Who will use this new feature?
Anybody downloading and using new media formats (Images, Documents)
Why these users would like to use this feature?
Examples
The ZFO is a special document format not listed under Documents category.
