Cannot send SMS messages since 1.15

According to alexis /e/support, the issue affects Murena One, Murena T2e and Gigaset GS-290 phones.

My phone is Gigaset GS-290. Versions 1.15, 1.16 and 1.17. Not rooted.

Since installing 1.15-s, have been unable to send any SMS messages. SMS messages are received, but cannot send messages. Just installed 1.17 - the issue remains.

Checking Testing - Phone info, the SMSC always appears blank, after touching UPDATE button, the SMSC is still appears blank. After the correct SMSC number is entered, still SMS messages cannot be sent.
