Better Localizations for German UI

Description

Before downloading v1.17 T there were English names, while updating in the apps overview it was also English and if I rembember correctly after installing it was 'Reboot' and not 'Neustart' but I forgot to make screenshots. To confirm there was a message about the update which stated 'Lineage OS', this might confuse people who are new to eOS in my opinion and might make it less trustworthy. After the update the updater app is no longer 'Aktualisierungsporgramm', it is 'Updater'.
