The problem

In the default camera app. As soon as I try to make a video, I get a "serious camera error" (original message: Ernsthafter Kamera Fehler). The app freezes. If I navigate outside the camera app and then back to it, it looks like it's recording. When I stop it then, I get another message "Error, the video file could be corrupted" (original: Fehler, die Video Date könnte beschädigt sein). There is no video recorded.
