App Lounge does not detect the removal of PWA from KISS launcher

The problem

1. install KISS launcher and set it as default home app
2. remove BlissLauncher adb shell pm unistall --user 0 foundation.e.blisslauncher
3. open KISS settings > search settings > enable shortcuts
4. open AppLounge
5. install any PWA app you like
6. search it with KISS launcher
7. hold on its icon/name
8. remove shortcuts

What is the current behavior?

PWA app is removed from KISS launcher, but if you open AppLounge and search for it, it appears installed and you cannot open or remove it.

What is the expected correct behavior?

PWA app are removed from AppLounge using KISS launcher, or other third parties launchers
