What is the current behavior?
Chrome is blacklisted in App Lounge (see https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/backlog/-/issues/258)
What is the improved behavior?
Users should be able to download and install Chrome from App Lounge
What does it bring?
Chrome is working now, so users should be able to use it if they want.
