What is the current behavior?
The user has to go to Settings > System > Buttons > Power button to activate the option to long press for torch.
What is the improved behavior?
The Long press for torch toggle is activated by default in Settings > System > Buttons > Power button so the user can use it right out of the box.
What does it bring?
Better user experience and user discover a tip there weren't necessarily aware of previously.
