[AccountManager] is unusable if user logout right after the login completed

Summary

If user logout right after the login completed, sometimes /e/OS Account Manager failed to work properly & it stuck in a limbo. Reboot also doesn't help with the issue.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. login to any account in /e/OS Account Manager
2. when login completed quickly logout
3. then again try to open /e/OS Account Manager / login to any account, see the /e/OS Account Manager crash

/e/OS Account Manager should work properly
