PWA label is missing in search results

Summary

The PWA label doesn't appear anymore on the PWA in search results in App Lounge. It's still there on the app page though.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open App Lounge
2. Search for an app you know has a PWA version (like Twitter)
3. Consult the list of results

What is the current behavior?

The Progressive Web Apps don't have the PWA label in the search results. They only have it on the app page.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The Progressive Web Apps have the PWA label in the search results and on the app page.
