Make the microG default setup privacy friendly

Currently the microG default setup after new installation or factory reset is not privacy friendly. There is not even an opt-out possibility in setup wizard

What is the current behavior?
Problematic microG defaults:
- Google device registration: On
- Cloud Messaging: On
- Google SafetyNet: On
- Location / Request from Mozilla: enabled (2x)
- Location / Use Nominatim: enabled
What is the improved behavior?
All problimatic defaults off. Prefered: Opt-In method in setup wizard
Location / Remember from GPS is not problematic and can be enabled by default.
What does it bring?
Privacy for Users. A bit less bad review in upcoming Kuketz Blog review
Validation
Do a factory reset. Try to select the most paranoid options in setup wizard. Confirm settings of microg.
