When Murena One is turned off, and put to charge, the screen displays an image with empty battery. The phone does not show the charge level, and keeps charging, causing excessive heat around the charging port.

Turn off the phone. Connect it to a charger. The screen shows wrong information with empty battery, which does not change after charging. If kept charging for long, the phone may heat.
