Blacklist an app for updates

The ability to blacklist an app in order not to see it in the Updates list.

I am running various apps on my device that are note the latest version - this is partially to avoid heavy advertisement in later versions and/or apps that are not compatible anymore with /e/ in their latest versions (https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/management/issues/567).

I would like to exclude those apps (manually) from all further updates attempts via Apps Store on my device (a similar feature exists in F-Droid as well as in Aurora).
