Frequent system crashes on Murena One

Summary

For a while now, my Murena One encounters frequent system crashes, i.e. the screen is freezing and I have to reboot by long-pressing the on/off button. This is happening while using different apps, and there are no warnings or error messages.

I don't have any idea what might be causing the crashes. By the way, the screen freezes, I sometimes have the feeling it might have to do with some graphical components, but I'm not sure.

.: I got the Murena One around November 2022. A few months later /e/ started to show yellow screens, then rebooting itself. Now, since about the update to 1.13 the system crashes showing frozen screens. The community advised me to to a factory reset which I did two days ago. I still didn't install all apps I need (and used before), but encountered two crashes again. The auto-reboots as well as the total crashes are sometimes occurring a few times a day, then not at all for a few days. I cannot determine any kind of rule. - At first I thought, well, it's a new OS, maybe the auto-reboots are teething problems. I the meantime I'm convinced something is wrong.

Listen, I'm just a regular user and not sure, if this is the right place to report my problem. I just followed a link from one of the Murena support/FAQ pages. I followed some instructions to enable debug logs and one log has been auto-created; I don't know what triggered it, as I didn't notice any errors in that moment. However, I don't see a way to have a log created when the phone crashes and stops reacting to anything except for a hard reboot bugreport-lineage_one-SQ3A.220705.004-2023-09-14-15-47-59.zip
