Sound/mic on third-party camera Apps not working

Summary

There is no sound while recording movies with some apps (Messenger, Snapchat, Instagram)

The problem

When an app is using its own camera system, there is no sound recorded.

Steps to reproduce

In a chat (in Messenger), click on the camera, long press the circle to take a movie, talk, release and send the movie. The movie won't have any sound. What is the current behavior?

Video is working, but there is no sound at all.

What is the expected correct behavior? It should have sound (from the mic)
