OTA updates are announced in 1.14 T version updater but no details visible so they can't be selected

If there's an update available the updater shows a line "Available updates:" but it doesn't show the update itself. So it's not possible to select an OTA update or to start this update. Tested on FP4 (1.14-beta.2-t-20230731315772-stable-FP4).
