After upgrading from 1.13-t to 1.14-beta.2-t, clicking addresses no longer launches maps correctly.

After upgrading from 1.13-t to 1.14-beta.2-t-20230731315772-stable-redfin, going into the contacts and clicking the icon to the right of an address for a contact with a valid address no longer works.

Also, if you make a calendar appointment that has a valid location, and you click on the address, it will also refuse to launch the maps program and start navigation.

It used to begin the navigation process.

This already assumes that I have the location on in my phone, and all of the permissions properly set up for the apps to work. It also assumes that location in advanced privacy is set to exposed (not faked).

I believe this was working in 1.13-t, but is broke in 1.14. One might want to try 1.13-t though to ensure that my memory is correct.
