please add the function to send and read voice messages

Who will use this new feature?

everyone who wants to send a voice message instead of a text message. Can e useful for blind people as well.

Why these users would like to use this feature?

sometimes it's easier/faster to send a voice message instead of typing a message.

Maybe fork and integrate the open source app "simple SMS messenger" which already has this function + can send videos and files...
