Poor picture quality sending via MMS / SMS

Description

when sending a picture via SMS/MMS, the quality is downgraded, if I increase the size of compression, some recipients doesn't receive the picture.

What is the improved behavior?

the compression shouldn't downgrade the quality that much + the compression should be automatically selected by the app.

What does it bring?

Using MMS/SMS seems to be more privacy compatible instead of whatever messenger apps. Using MMS/SMS doesn't need an internet access included in your package
