[FEATURE PROPOSAL] Show similar apps list based on privacy score
When a user searches an app, e.g. "YouTube" and clicks on it, he/she can click on "Similar Apps" and gets a list based on the privacy score and functionality. Users can input similar apps with an "Add similar" app button. This adding should be moderated to keep good content.
