Summary

attempted to install /e/ os using easy installer and command line and it failed and soft(?) bricked device

The problem

please see description here: https://community.e.foundation/t/failed-attempt-at-updating-android-versions/50107 Essentially, reverted to stock rom in order to update android version and then re-install /e/ os. Install failed and took ~5 hours to recover.

What is the current behavior? device currently on stock os due to /e/ os install failure

What is the expected correct behavior? should be able to install /e/ os
