From e-1.10-R to recent e-1.17-R on LG V20 h990 (international) : NO boot and are stuck forever on the "e" logo with a bouncing dot - /e/OS does NOT start, simply : kinda boot loop or kinda soft brick
INFO : the same happens with DivestOS versions ABOVE 18.1-20230212-dos-h990 - INFO : installing from eOS recovery, or installing from TWRP recovery, or installing from DivestOS recovery, in ALL cases, did NOT solve the problem -
We are stuck on /e/OS 1.9-R
IMPORTANT INFO : LineageOS 20 (Android 13-T) and microG-Lineage 20 (Android 13-T) do launch, are not stuck on boot, and do work flawlessly.

upgrade from 1.9-R, or clean install (from ZIP file on SD-card), or dirty install (from ZIP file on SD-card)
What is the current behavior?
nothing happens : /e/OS does not start, the smartphone is stuck on the "e" logo with a bouncing dot, forever I restarted the phone SEVERAL times, the result remains the same : stuck on "e" logo with bouncing dot kinda boot loop or kinda soft brick
What is the expected correct behavior?
we should get the OS started

Workaround
reinstall /e/OS 1.9-R (and stay stuck on older version) or install microG-Lineage 20 (Android 13-T)
Possible fixes
START DEVELOPING NEXT /e/OS VERSION FROM LineageOS 20 (Android 13-T), which does work PERFECTLY.
