FP3+ very slow at getting GPS position, except for GPSTest

Summary

As reported in issue 6638, there is an issue with FP3+ that does not receive Galileo signal. But in addition to that, in also appears that FP3+ can be very slow at getting a GPS signal at all (whatever the constellation, even in good weather).

GPSTest seems to be the only app that can force the phone to actively search for GPS signal and actually get it.

As suggested by @Shenol, I'm opening a separate dedicated issue for that.

Also, having a look at other issues, it looks like a lot of people and apps are encountering GPS issues on FP3, FP3+ and FP4, any idea why ?
