What is the current behavior?

Some applications work, others don't when the user is using the operator network instead of the Wi-Fi.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Every applications works on the operator network.

Here are the expected settings for La Poste:

  1. Name: Web La Poste Mobile.
  2. APN: sl2sfr
  3. MMSC: http://mmsdebitel
  4. MMS: 10.143.156.003
  5. MMS port: 8080
  6. MMC: 208
