After update to 1.8.1 on Fairphone 3, notification “bliss launcher has stopped working” is shown, and the phone switch off to the “try again screen”

Steps to reproduce

User made the update 1.8.1 on fairphone 3, first it was ok, but then the phone stopped and got this screen: "Can’t load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device. Try again Factory data reset" “try again” does not work each time. On another boot got the notification “bliss launcher has stopped working” and the phone switch off to the “try again screen”. When phone boots, it is not possible to use it as Bliss Launcher crashes. Tried to clear Bliss Launcher cache, but the phone crashes when opening settings.

User needs to save the data on the phone.

Not possible to use the phone, not possible to save the data.
