FP3 boots slow (~1 min boot time)

Summary

After update to /e/ OS 1.6 , some times, boot time is close to 1 minute as opposed to usual <10 seconds.

Steps to reproduce

Turn off the phone. Turn on the phone. The phone sometimes stays on /e/ logo for very long time (1 minute), instead of showing the interface immediately.
