Bliss Launcher will not open

Summary

Bliss Launcher will not open. When swiping the screen a window pops up and says "Bliss Launcher keeps stopping". Two options are available;

App info 2. Close app choosing close app causes the screen to continuously blink. Choosing App info gives the option of searching for an app which can be opened. However there is no way to access the phone dialer.
