Disable/Enable "Use Camera2 API" parameter makes picture size x10

Summary

With the last version of /e/ OS, wometimes when some paramters of camera are changed, the size of picture ecomes quite big (around 30 MB instead of 3-5 MB.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the bug, you can follow the steps below

  1. Reset settings in Parameters > Parameter manager
  2. Take a picture (me for example: photo IMG_20230107_122547). The size should be around 3-5MB like mine (2.5 MB)
  3. In parameters, disable Use Camera2 API option the current settings exported from camera parameters are registered in the file BACKUP_OC_20230107_122538.xml
  4. Take a picture (me for example: photo IMG_20230107_122613). The size should be around 3-5MB like mine (2.4 MB)
  5. In parameters, enable Use Camera2 API the current settings exported from camera parameters are registered in the file BACKUP_OC_20230107_122600.xml
  6. Take a picture (me for example: photo IMG_20230107_122643). The size should be around 30 MB like mine (31 MB)
  7. Reset settings of camera in parameters > parameters manager
  8. the current settings exported from camera parameters are registered in the file BACKUP_OC_20230107_122635.xml
  9. Take a picture (me for example: photo IMG_20230107_122758). The size should be around 2-3 MB like mine (2.5 MB)

What is the current behavior?

Disable/Enable the parameter Use Camera2 API make the size of any picture taken by the camera x10

What is the expected correct behavior?

no change in the size of the photo
