/e/ OS boot is very long (up to 5mn)
- /e/ version: 1.6
- Device model(s): Fairphone 3
- Device rooted: no
Summary
I turn off my phone every night and turn it back on every morning.
Since the upgrade to /e/ OS 1.6 (I had version 0.23 before), randomly, the boot of /e/ OS is very long (up to 5mn).
I don't know the cause of this problem.
My phone was not yet eligible for the latest version of /e/ OS (I was on /e/ OS 0.23), so I (re)flashed it by hand with the "Easy Installer" tool.
The problem
Steps to reproduce
- Flash a Fairphone 3 under /e/ OS 0.23 with the image of /e/ OS 1.6 (optionnal ?)
- Turn off your phone.
- Turn on your phone.
- The boot process of /e/ OS can take a very long time, up to 5mn (it is random).
What is the current behavior?
The boot process of /e/ OS is very long
What is the expected correct behavior?
/e/ OS should be able to boot in a few seconds (20-30 seconds max)
