Advanced Privacy tracker list updates

Summary

Check that our tracker list is right up-to-date from https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/os/tracker-list. The scheduled pipeline is in failure, it seems to be expected but it is not good to follow a real error so we need to avoid the pipeline failure in the script to have a real status on the pipeline.

What is the current behavior?

Pipeline is always in failure so we cannot be sure the tracker list is up to date as expected

What is the improved behavior?

Tracker list is updated as expected and pipeline is in failure only when there is a real problem.

What does it bring?

Better pipeline management and up to date tracker list.
