Disaster recovery measures to be added in /e/ docs

Description
/e/ documentation site has limited information regarding how user data is stored and focuses mainly on the encryption aspect. It would be nice to also add disaster recovery measures that are in place.
Mock-ups
Murena cloud data with
nextcloud's server side encryption enabledis stored in a replicated storage cluster. We take daily automated snapshots of the data which allows us to recover data quickly. These snapshots are retained for 7 days.We also have a cold backup for these snapshots synced daily to servers at a different DC for disaster recovery. These incremental backups are kept for 3 months.
