"Delete account" does not work

Summary

Under "Settings > Accounts" the users can add or delete accounts. I had installed a Telegram account that I tried to delete here, but it seems not to be possible. The command is ignored

The problem

Steps to reproduce

• Goto Settings > Accounts > Telegram
• Click "delete account"
• Now nothing happens, the telegram account is still visible and seems still fully usable. Even repated attempts did not help to get rid of the telegram account. Only way to delete it seems to uninstall the app.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When an accounts is being deleted, it should not appear in the account list anymore and all relevant user data should be deleted.
