Fairphone 4: Remove camera ID:3 error message

The problem

Steps to reproduce

Open camera app, press 2x the double arrow icon to change the lens.

What is the current behaviour?

The following error message appears: "Unable to open the camera. The camera may be used by another application (ID:3)"

What is the expected correct behaviour?

Camera app should switch back to ID:0
