I don't receive notifications from french medias

The problem

I don't receive notifications from french medias like Le Monde, France Info, Footmercato, L'Equipe, Frandroid and impossible to connect to my bank account (LCL). I uncheck and check again Cloud Messassing or Register terminal and reboot my phone but nothing happen... Since the 1.4 version i had this problem.
