suggestion for eCloud : replace OnlyOffice with Collabora

OnlyOffice is the current Office tool included in the eCloud/Murena.io. However according to the comparison made by Framasoft (see : https://www.frama.space/abc/fr/faq#q-text-editor ) is has several issues :

• data loss has been observed. I can confirm this myself + it happened to another user I trust.
• it is not completely open source.

Collabora Online doesn't have these issues. It also is a project that contribute to LibreOffice.

I suggest either to :

• replace OnlyOffice with Collabora,
• or offer a choice between the two to the user.
