Samsung S7 (since V1.5?): phone call audio issue/echo for peer

very bad audio / annoying echo for the other person during phone calls since update to V1.5 (audio of S7 is OK)

What is the current behavior?
- whereas audio of S7 is OK (!) the audio for the other person during phone calls is very bad / has annoying echo since S7-update from V1.4 to V1.5
- be it incoming or outgoing calls, other person may be on mobile or landline - makes no difference as it seems
- issue appears during calls whithout usage of speakers on S7 (behaviour with speakers ON not meant here)
- AFAICT before (V1.4) no audio issue as described but more or less "normal" audio for other person during phone calls

I assume that the other more recent posts on "echo" with S7 I found in the forum maybe describe a different issue as they do not explicitly refer to the audio of the person one is phoning with but to handsfree/speaker or they do not refer to the recent upgrade from 1.4 to 1.5 ... whereas one can find S7-related echo/sound issues every once in a while posted in the v1.x-feedback posts in the forum, so maybe it´s not related to the update at all (?) see here: https://community.e.foundation/t/feedback-for-v1-4/44210/138?u=obacht

Workaround
does not help in my case (still bad audio only a bit different flavor of "bad") but using earplugs/headset seems to help for this user: https://community.e.foundation/t/feedback-for-v1-5/44945/130?u=obacht
