S-testing - "Set picture as" removed from Gallery app

Summary

Coming from previous versions (O,P,Q,R), it has become notably more difficult to set a new wallpaper. The option "Set picture as" as we had it in R (left) in the menu of the default Gallery app, seems to be removed in S (right).

I am proposing to reintroduce it in S.
