Document the installation of the 2e fix from SD card

Create a step by step guide explaining how to install an update from the SD card.
Description
@nothingtohide we are planning to send SD cards to ~2e impacted users blocked on /e/OS 1.0.
As most of these users are not tech-savvy, we will send/share a step-by-step guide with clear instructions on how to apply the update from an SD card as seen here https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/6083#note_288763).
The documentation needs to include all button presses, waiting time, what is seen on screen, etc...
