Error loading Downloads repository with the default file explorer

Since e-0.7-o-2019111430687-dev-j5nlte (I think), the Downloads repository can't be opened in the default file explorer.

I don't have any issue with the file explorer "MK Explorer".

Could this issue be related to the crash of the Apps Store and eBrowser when an APK (or other files I don't know) is downloaded ? Both came with e-0.7-o-2019111430687-dev-j5nlte.
